I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with experience working within NHS adult mental health services. My clinical work involves comprehensive psychological assessment, formulation, evidence-based intervention, multidisciplinary working and risk assessment across a broad range of adult mental health presentations.
I welcome referrals from healthcare professionals, solicitors, insurers, occupational health providers and other organisations seeking evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy for adults.
My work is integrative and formulation-led, drawing primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Interventions are tailored to the individual's needs and informed by the best available evidence
